Indian Filter Coffee: A traditional South Indian coffee drink made from our 24-hour steeped coffee-and-chicory decoction, sweetened with sugar or jaggery and finished with creamy milk for a smooth, rich cup.

A subtle black tea brewed with freshly ground spices, milk, and jaggery (brown sugar), infused with the rich, cardamom-forward flavors that define authentic Yemeni chai. Boiled to perfection on the stovetop, made to order—never batch brewed. Finished with cardamom for aromatic depth. Served hot only.

Our signature drink—crafted from scratch with bold black tea, warming spices, and rich jaggery. Slow-boiled twice, never pre-made. Topped with star anise for that final, fragrant finish.
